Returns
To qualify for a refund, you must send back your item within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. The product must be returned in its original received condition and remain undamaged in any form.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer support to receive the official return address. Once you have the address, securely pack the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase inside the parcel.
Return shipping is complimentary under certain conditions. If your return reason is not caused by an error on our part, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will proceed with your refund or exchange request. Please allow up to 14 days after we receive your package for processing. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer’s processing rules. We will send you an email notification once your return has been finalized.

Important Note
Order cancellation is available only before the item is shipped or produced. Cancelled orders will receive a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Standard order processing time takes 2–7 days.
If the return is initiated by the customer, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping fee, which will be determined by the courier service you select.
If you receive damaged or incorrect items due to our mistake, you will not be required to pay any return shipping charges.
